Summary: At the check in we were told that continental breakfast included. There was only coffee served. We had to go elsewhere looking for breakfast.

Summary: The bathroom had two used washcloths in the shower. There were people arguing all night long, calling eachother crackheads, swearing. I would stay somewhere else if i were you.

Summary: I asked for extra towels and pillow was denied. Then i requested again on the door tab never happed. Usually i would hang towels and wash cloths up and use again but there were no racks. The rooms had no smoking but they reaked of smoke. The floor was filthy. There was some sort ofconstruction going on in the room next door till 11 pm or so. There stairs and walkways have missing concrete / holes. I will say cortland is a lovely town. Many restaurants and playgrouds
